5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We partner with reliable carriers for nationwide delivery across India.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by product and shipping destination; these estimates are provided at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date for defective or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the return is due to our error.

  • All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
