Shipping and Delivery policy

Welcome to Giftyard. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on giftyard.xyz.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver across India. Available methods:

  • Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping – 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping – 1 business day (where available)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over ₹1,499

4. Estimated Delivery Times by Region

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Estimated delivery date
Use the carrier’s website or the link provided in the email to track your package in real time.

 

6. Delivery Attempt & Missed Deliveries

  • Carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to the local hub.
  • Please contact the carrier or email us at info@giftyard.xyz to arrange redelivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned for updates.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any issues (damaged or missing items) within 7 days to info@giftyard.xyz.
