Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Giftyard. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancelling orders and requesting refunds on purchases made through giftyard.xyz.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order free of charge any time before we dispatch it.
  • To cancel, please email us at info@giftyard.xyz with your order number and request.

After Shipping

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled via our system.
  • You may still return the item within the return window (see Returns section below).

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date.

Condition for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must accompany the return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@giftyard.xyz with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and packing instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse at your cost, clearly marking the RA number on the package.

Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Refund Amounts

  • Product Cost: Fully refundable if return is approved.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange for a prepaid return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases (e.g., missing items, partial use of product), only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods (where applicable) cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page is non-returnable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank/account statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some processing time.
  3. Reach out to us at info@giftyard.xyz for further assistance.
